I’ve been meaning to blog this for a while but am only now getting around to it. A couple of weekends ago, on a Sunday afternoon, I drove down to Brockville with my new road bike to go for a ride with Trev. The photo on the left shows our route – which was from Trev’s place, along route 2 to Prescott and then across the 401 and back along some other road. It was a nice ride. As you can see from the photo, either the map is bad or the data from my GPS is bad. I didn’t have ‘lock to road’ turned on so that probably didn’t help.
Anyways, we did 60 kms at a pretty leisurely pace which means we finished in about 2 and a half hours. It was a good first ride for me and I was very happy with my new bike. Looking forward to our next ride…
