14 Mile Run
Well at the end of week 14 was a 14 mile run. This week was a step back week, and I was happy for the drop in mileage after last weekend's 18 miler. I did the run with Grant and Dave and as you can see from the photo on the right, we ran along the river / canal again, which I always enjoy. Next week is my longest week of training with a total of 40 miles (64 kms) to run.
