I’ve raised the bar for the longest run I’ve done with no breaks – just over 60 minutes now (60:42 I believe). Don’t get me wrong – I’ve done longer runs but those included a few one minute walking breaks in them. Anyways, turns out skipping Tuesday’s run was maybe not such a bad thing. We’ll see if I feel the same way on Saturday for my long run. This week is a stepback week so the long run on Saturday is only 10 miles, which shouldn’t be too much of a problem.
Here is the route that I ran. I’m thinking that I’ll likely run a modified version of that for my four miles tonight…
