Well after quite a long time off from running (I haven’t really done any serious running since the half marathon in May) I’ve started up again.
I know that I want to do the full marathon at the National Capital Marathon next May so I figured I’d start earlier this time and hopefully do a little better.
Anyways – Dave and I started this morning. An easy 5 km to get the program started. We’ll be following the same program that I used last time.
