Boris’ Potential

So I just listened to a podcast from Brad Gibson‘s site. Of course I found this because of a post on Boris‘s site which I follow regularily. The podcast really opened my eyes to just how huge Boris is going to get.

I’ve always known that Boris is a really smart guy and I’ve never doubted that. I’m sure he’s suffered more than his fair share of frustration in attempting to explain to me what he’s working on lately while I just don’t get it. To his credit though, he usually manages to make me understand at least the gist of it. :)

Anyways, while listening to the podcast and checking out various sites that were mentioned and seeing the Bryght logo on the pages, I realized that he’s got the potential to turn his new startup into a huge multi-million dollar company. Seriously, it may take a while, but I really think the potential is there. Congrats in advance to you Boris! I’ve never known the owner or CEO of a large company, so I’m looking forward to your success. :)

I’d also like to take the time to thank you for taking the time to answer any and all questions that I fire your way. You see, since Boris convinced me I should make the switch to a Mac he’s been the guy I go to talk to when I have technology related questions. That’s because I realize he’s up to date with what’s going on and I also know he’s opinionated on the subject. He helped me set up this blog and also my photo gallery. My last couple of ‘technology purchases’, the squeezebox and more recently the ConvertX PVR were made with the advice of Boris.

You da man Boris! Can’t wait to see you and Kate when you’re in Freddy Beach for my wedding.

Thanks for the kind words, Kevin. Just keep bugging me if I don’t explain things properly or haven’t responded yet. And I’m going to keep bugging you — you’re “ahead” with the ConvertX and this GPS stuff, and I want to know more!

We’re looking forward to coming out and seeing everyone again. Have to get plane tickets etc. sorted out…it’s ridiculous how much it costs to fly to Moncton.

  • Don’t forget that we’re only halfway through the interview. I will be posting part 2 on May 4th or 5th. Stay tuned. Both Roland and Boris are very smart guys.

  • When you do make it big…and you have your own private jet, I’d like to apply now to be your pilot. :)
