Well it’s settled, I’m taking a week off from my training. My body was telling me that it just couldn’t keep going at the pace I was doing.
The weird thing is that it’s been my shoulders that have really been bothering me. I’m sure it’s because I haven’t been eating that great. I’m hoping to get myself a new pair of sneakers before starting my training again too.
Here’s hoping a week off will do me some good.
