Here was week 3′s schedule:
Mon – rest, Tues – 3, Wed – 4, Thurs – 3, Fri – rest, Sat – 5, Sun – cross
I actually found week 3 to be a pretty easy week. As you can see, the mileage went up on Wednesday, to 4, but since it was the third week of the program, the mileage on Saturday went down to 5. Every third week is a ‘stepback’ week.
I think this coming week is gonna be a tough one, not the midweek runs, but the Saturday run is going to be brutal I think. It’s 9 miles!
